Payment Terms

• Monthly services require payment in advance
• All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

Content and Usage Rights

By providing content (photos, videos, text) for our AI avatar services, you grant us the necessary rights to create, modify, and use this content to provide our services. You retain ownership of your original content, and we retain rights to the AI-generated derivatives for service delivery.

While we strive to deliver results as described in our service packages, actual results may vary. Our guarantees are specific to each service tier and are outlined in the respective service descriptions. Investment advice or guaranteed returns are not provided.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as outlined in specific service agreements. Upon termination, you will receive all completed work and retain rights to use delivered content.
